Circle Collective
Circle Collective is a charity and social enterprise that supports disadvantaged young people into life-changing work, education, or training. The charity, Circle Community, delivers their successful Back Your Future employability programme, with over 700 young people supported into permanent employment. They provide a space for young people aged 16-25 with CV support, employability, and confidence-building workshops, 1:1 mentoring, wraparound wellbeing support and opportunities to meet employers. Their social enterprise, Circle Collective, runs two on-trend streetwear stores that serve as a real-life training ground for their young people to gain important work experience and structured customer service training. They aim for a percentage of the profits from their stores to be reinvested back into the charity to increase the number of young people they can get onto their career ladder.
